STEP 1 (6 months)
Adaption Course for Engineers
To prepare you for your career as an engineer in Germany, we offer German lessons and specialist language instruction up to language level C1.
With 300 professors and doctors we will at the same time provide you expertise in all branches of engineering -
in the fields of mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering and programming, data science and information technology.
STEP 2 (6 months)
Internship: Know-How and Expertise
There is almost no chance for immigrant engineers to find a job in Germany (or in the EU) without having some years of work experience in Germany.
In order to prepare you successfully for your first job as an engineer in Germany, you will complete a 6-month internship as part of our course. Maybe at your future employer.
STEP 3
A Job in Germany: Engineering Placement
Finally! You made it. After successfully completing your internship all doors in the German economy will be open to you, as a highly qualified engineer.
We will of course help you find a job in an engineering company. Most of our engineers start to work in the same company as their internship took place. And this is the secret key: while you gather experience during your internship, your future employer can find out about your expertise and qualities - one on one.

The AKATE Akademie für Technik (Academy of Technology) was founded in 1995. Since then, thousands of course participants have successfully taken advantage of our course offerings.
